2.Enterprises registered in the People's Republic of China with the independent legal person qualification engaged in the businesses of gems and jade;
3.With industry experience in gem and jade business;
4.With good business reputation;
5.With sound organizational structure and financial management system, as well as complete internal control and risk management systems;
6.Promise to obey the Articles of Association and other systems related to member management and transactions released by CGE;
7.Make a commitment to pay the membership fee and other payments in full and on time;
8.Other conditions specified by CGE.
